A short ten minute drive from Eilat is a spectacular observation point located right in the parking lot of Mount Yehoram. This point is basically, on the road to Eilat, and you don't even have to get out of the car to enjoy the great view, so there is absolutely no reason to miss it. Right across this point you can see the entire mountain, in beautiful dark red, which is also an amazing hiking trail to check out, if you have time. From the vantage point of Mount Yehoram you can see the entire Gulf of Aqaba lay out before you. On days with good visibility, you can also see farther to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt.
