Shchoret campsite is situated in the Southern Arava region, conveniently located near Route 40 and approximately a 20-minute drive from the city of Eilat. From this overnight campsite, you have easy access to various hiking trails, including the Shchoret Canyon circular route (approximately 5 km long and suitable for families). This is also a great starting point to explore Nachal Racham, and Mount + Nachal Amir. Staying here is free of charge, open to the public, and does not require advance coordination for arrival. Within the campsite, you'll find marked areas for pitching personal tents, as well as drinking water points and designated fire pits. The parking facility is accessible for all types of vehicles.
