As an artist with roots in Lebanon, Angola, Italy and the Indian regions of northern Brazil, Hussain draws inspiration from all of these places, and more, for his music. Hussain will be joined on stage by the Elas all-female ensemble featuring Cuban pianist Clélya Abraham, violinist Mariana Corado, Spanish drummer Nailé Sosa Aragón, and percussionist Syrielle.
