Soleil Brasserie Eilat, dairy and kosher restaurant is situated in the Soleil Boutique Hotel. Enjoy rich and indulgent breakfasts and dinners including a variety of appetizers, a rich salad buffet, fish, pasta, hot and cold tapas, soups, desserts and more. Breakfasts include excellent dairy products, a selection of fine cheeses, homemade breads, sweet and savory pastries and homemade jams. In addition to the rich buffet that changes daily you can also choose a main course from a menu offering a selection of eggs, shakshuka, calazone and more. Dinner include smoked salmon, bream and fillet. If you are not lover of fish you can enjoy our pasta with caper sauce, noodles, pizza and more. On Friday nights we serve a traditional and festive dinner.
